Unless something says otherwise, the writing and photographs here are © Zach Phillips. Please ask before republishing them. Email me at zach@thekitchen.co. I am reasonable.

You can link to anything here. You can quote small bits with attribution. Do not copy whole pages, scrape the archive into a product, sell the work, or make it look like I endorsed something I did not endorse.

This site is provided as-is. I try to keep it accurate, but I do not promise it will always be complete, current, available, or free of mistakes.

Some pages link to things I do not control. Those sites have their own rules, privacy practices, outages, and bad decisions. I am not responsible for them.

The project pages describe software and ideas in progress. They are not offers to sell anything. They are not service agreements. They are not promises that a feature, price, launch, or product will exist.

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, because I live in Philadelphia.
